Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Light Weight mobile application (the "Service") operated by Basheer Rjoub ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Light Weight is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides:

  • Workout tracking and exercise logging
  • Nutrition and calorie tracking
  • AI-powered food scanning
  • Hydration tracking
  • Progress analytics and reporting
  • Achievement and motivation systems

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Health Disclaimer

Important: The Service is intended for general fitness information and tracking purposes only. It is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or fitness program.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in the app.
  • The nutritional information provided by our AI food scanner is an estimate and may not be 100% accurate.
  • Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise program.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service may be available on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you select.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
  • If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, or data ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service.

By posting Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, and display such Content in connection with the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Basheer Rjoub. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Basheer Rjoub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
